When you participate in an auction, you must review and agree to the full terms and conditions before you bid.

AUCTIONEER'S NOTE

All intending bidders are advised to adhere to the following guidelines prior to participating in the Property Auction Sale:

1. Read and fully understand all the Terms and Conditions of sale herein;

2. Conduct an official title search on the parent title of the subject property at the Land Office and/or other relevant authorities.

3. Inspect the property to ascertain its condition and occupancy status;.

4. Verify all pertinent particulars stated in the documents of sale. ;

5. Confirm the postal address of the property with the relevant authorities and/or the developer ;

6. Check on the issuance of a separate individual title with the relevant authorities and/or the developer;

7. Seek independent legal advice regarding the Terms and Conditions of the auction sale;

8. Make necessary enquiries with the relevant authorities and/or the developer regarding any specific conditions applicable to the sale prior to bidding;

9. By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges and accepts all Terms and Conditions of Sale;

10. The property is sold strictly on an “as is where is” basis;

11. Images or illustrations in advertisements, brochures, or on the website are for information and guidance purposes only ; and

12. JTR Auction House reserves the right to alter, amend, or add to any aspect of this listing or its Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
