When you participate in an auction, you must review and agree to the full terms and conditions before you bid.

AUCTIONEER'S NOTE

All Intending Bidders are advised to adhere to the following,prior to the bidding at the Property Auction Sale:

1. Read and fully understand all the Terms and Conditions of sale herein;

2. Conduct an official search on the parent title of the subject property at the Land Office and/or other relevant authorities;

3. The bidder shall inspect the property;

4. Verify pertinent particulars of the documents ;

5. Verify the postal address of property with the relevant authorities and/or the Developer ;

6. Check on the issuance of separate individual title with the relevant authorities and/or the Developer;

7. Seek legal advice on the Terms and Conditions of auction sale;

8. Make necessary enquiries with the relevant authorities and/or the Developer on the Terms and Conditions to the sale herein, prior to the bidding at the auction sale;

9. The bidder by making of any bid acknowledges his or her acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of sale;

10. The property is sold on “ as is where is” basis;

11. Illustrations in the advertisement, website or brochure of forthcoming sales are primarily for information and guidance of intending bidders/s only ; and

12. We reserve the right to alter or add any aspect of this listing or any of the terms and conditions as and when deemed necessary without prior notice.
