Online eBidding Terms and Conditions
The JTR Auction House Online eBidding Terms and Conditions are supplemental, and shall be read together with the Terms and Conditions of Registration of Bidders. They apply in addition to the general Conditions of Sale stated in the Proclamation of Sale, as well as any other terms and conditions applicable to bidders and buyers participating in the respective Sale (collectively referred to as the “Conditions of Sale”).
These Online eBidding Terms and Conditions shall be deemed incorporated by reference and form an integral part of the Conditions of Sale for each auction.
